Step 1: Prepare the Flank Steak

Before cooking the frozen flank steak in the Instant Pot, you need to prepare it properly. Start by trimming any excess fat from the edges of the steak.

Note: If your flank steak is too large for your Instant Pot, you can cut it in half to fit.

Step 2: Season the Flank Steak

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the frozen flank steak.
